1. The service
Suppa Tools provides free online utilities, including developer, IP, DNS, and security tools (the "Services"). We may add, change, or remove any tool at any time without notice.
2. Who may use the Site
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services to attack, probe, scan, or otherwise disrupt any system, network, or website that you do not own or lack explicit permission to test;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, stalk, or harm any person (for example, misusing WHOIS or IP lookups to target individuals);
- send automated, bulk, or excessive requests, or scrape the Site, without our written permission;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions;
- submit malicious code, or content you have no right to submit;
- interfere with the operation of the Site or the experience of other users;
- resell or redistribute the Services as your own product without our written permission.
We may rate-limit, block, or restrict access to anyone we reasonably believe is violating these rules, without notice.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the Site running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Tools may be unavailable due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Accuracy of results and third-party data
Many results come from third parties or live network queries (such as WHOIS/RDAP registries, DNS resolvers, geolocation databases, and the servers you ask us to check). Results may be incomplete, delayed, cached, or inaccurate.
Results are for informational purposes only and are not professional, security, legal, or technical advice. A tool showing no issue (for example, a valid SSL certificate) is not a guarantee that a website or server is secure. You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them.
6. Content you submit
You may enter data into the tools (such as domain names, IP addresses, JSON, text, or images). You keep all rights to it. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the tool and show you the result. You are responsible for having the right to submit it and for ensuring it does not violate any law. 7. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, name, logo, and content are owned by Pikar Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except for third-party open-source components, which remain under their own licenses. You may use the output the tools generate for you (for example, a generated .htaccess file or meta tags) freely, including commercially. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy or reuse the Site itself.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain advertising and links to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. All use of the Services and their results is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profit, or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
