This policy explains what information Suppa Tools ("we", "us") collects when you use https://suppatools.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Pikar Labs, based in Indonesia, who is responsible for your data ("controller") under this policy.
1. Information we collect
a. What you enter into the tools. Domain names, hostnames, IP addresses, JSON, text, images, or settings you submit so a tool can give you a result.
b. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics may record:
- your IP address and approximate location (country or city level, derived from the IP address);
- browser type and version, operating system, device type, and language;
- pages visited, tool used, referring page, and the date and time of your visit;
- technical logs such as errors and request details.
c. Cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.
d. Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
What we do not collect: we do not require accounts, and we do not collect your name, payment details, or precise location. (confirm)
2. How each tool handles your input

Please don't enter passwords, API keys, tokens, or other secrets into any online tool, including ours.
3. How we use information
- to run the tools and show you results;
- to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits;
- to understand which tools are used so we can improve them;
- to show advertising that helps keep the Site free (see section 5);
- to respond to your messages;
- to comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (where laws like the GDPR apply): our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site; your consent for advertising and non-essential cookies; and compliance with legal obligations. Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), we process personal data on grounds permitted by that law.
4. Analytics
We use Umami / other analytics tool to measure traffic in aggregate (pages viewed, referrers, device and country). It is privacy-focused, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
5. Advertising
We may display ads through Google AdSense or other ads platform.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or learn more about how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Where required (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), we ask for your consent before using advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via cookie settings link/banner.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies needed for the Site to work (such as security or preferences), Advertising cookies: set by our ad partners, as described above.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you do.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site: hosting/infrastructure Vultr, analytics Umami, and advertising Google Adsense;
- Third-party data sources queried when you use a tool (for example, a WHOIS registry receives the domain or IP you look up);
- Authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
8. How long we keep information
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, requests): kept for about 30 days, then deleted or anonymized.
- Tool inputs: not stored after the result is returned / cached for up to few minutes.
- Emails you send us: kept as long as needed to handle your request.
9. International transfers
Our servers and providers may be located in Europe countries. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. We take reasonable steps to protect it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as HTTPS and access controls) to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Indonesia's PDP Law, the GDPR/UK GDPR, or similar laws), you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing done before withdrawal);
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify
